In a quiet location at the foot of the mountain of Daimonji yaki, and 10 minutes walk to Kinkaku-ji and Daitoku-ji. Good location for walking in Kyoto.

It is second floor townhouse. The entrance is narrow but it is long to depteh. Japanese garden is at end of Machiya.
